All our mugs are premium quality European mugs manufactured to the highest standards and are designed for every day use and are completely dishwasher safe. We design and press all mugs in our in-house studio using the latest dye sublimation processes to create the perfect photographic mug of your choice.

If for any reason that when we check your photo image we think its not going to reproduce well on a mug then we will contact you to check. If your photo looks good on your phone then it will look just as good on a mug. We wouldn't dispatch any mug that we wouldn't be happy receiving ourselves!

Mug orders placed before 2pm are pressed and despatched for free the same day via first class post with over 90% arriving the next day. For guaranteed next day service then courier services are available at additional cost. All mugs are so securely packaged that in all the years we have been selling personalised mugs we are proud to say that to date that has never been one arrive broken!

With a full placement editor within our iphone app you can position, expand and choose the effect of your photo mug on your iphone anc complete your order in less than a minute. Payment can be made on the phone itself using credit cards or debit cards with merchant facilities provided by Paypal.
